Following this concept, through a genuine preparation without artificial preservatives, the Bonci Brothers offer three different flavors: the flavor of the liqueur wine from their Panbriacone, of organic wine of Badia Coltibuono, and yellow squash combined with ginger.

This triptych of new and sought-after tastes is rooted in the tradition of Bonci's productions, to create innovative combinations with any type of cheese or meat.The jellies are sealed in a glass jar and placed inside a box.

THE GIARDINIERA

All the flavor and freshness of freshly picked vegetables that, through a clever process, are submerged in syrup and packaged in glass jars: this is the Giardiniera of the Bonci company.

Vegetables selected and cultivated at "below zero" km (local) in the fields adjacent to the production plant. Seasonal crops are individually candied and assembled together. This product is ideally matched with cheeses but also pairs well with boiled, or roasted meat.

The high-quality of the local vegetables come directly from the rich soil to the jar, devoid of dyes and artificial preservatives, to give the client a superb experience of flavor.
